No it's not necessary - we accept walk ins.

Air Maniax socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. Air Maniax  socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our inflatable areas, reducing the risk of injury. The cost of a pair of socks is included within the ticket price (exception applies to carers). Once purchased, they are yours to keep. We do not accept other parks’ socks.

We do not charge an entry fee for the carer however they are required to purchase a pair of Air Maniax socks.

No refunds for payments for bookings made (either online or at site) are allowed unless for exceptional circumstances which will be discussed with the managers and directors. ANY PAYMENT RECEIVED IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Air Maniax shall be entitled and reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. If Air Maniax decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable. Air Maniax reserves the right to re-sell any time slot where the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the designated start time. For the avoidance of doubt any latecomers or no shows will forfeit the full ticket price of their booking. Any evidence of tampering with the booking, tickets or wristbands will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Tickets and wristbands remain the property of Air Maniax at all times and are non-transferable and may not be resold. Deposits for Party Booking once paid are non-refundable. If the balance payment for a party is not made within 7 days of the party the booking deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be available for other customers to book. If the party needs to be rescheduled, Air Maniax may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times. If it proves necessary to close the Activities for reasons beyond the control of Air Maniax and in circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the Activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Air Maniax may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates. Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by cheque. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value. Where multiple forms of payment are used, Air Maniax reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by credit or cheque.

Party bookings can be made online or over the phone and will be secured by paying a deposit upon booking. The birthday child should be counted in your guest total. Click here to view our party packages

We have a coffee shop and mezzanine viewing area with free WI-FI for non-jumping customers. We cannot guarantee you won’t join the fun once you see our attractions from the viewing area!

Air Maniax has its own free parking area within our property. Due to high demand for parking during peak times (weekends and school holidays) in the event our car park is full customers can park outside in the designated parking spaces. Children must be supervised at all times in our car park.

Anyone 16 or over can enjoy the adventure park without a parent or guardian present. However, all customers under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Yes. Every consumer who wants to jump needs to fill out a waiver. For those who are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. If you are not a child's legal parent or guardian, you must have received their consent to act as the child's agent and sign a release of liability agreement on their behalf. A waiver is valid for 12 months after it is signed. To save time, we strongly advise you to complete the waiver on our website before coming in.

Yes. Wi-Fi is free for all at Air Maniax parks. Be sure to check-in and share your photos and videos on our social media channels.

Air Maniax has a number of lockers available on a first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk and Air Maniax assumes no liability or responsibility for loss of possessions.

Due to our health and safety policy we ask that you don’t bring in any outside food or drinks, with the exception of baby food. We have a Café that offers a great choice of hot and cold food.

All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and are subject to the height and weight (kgs) restrictions for each activity as stated at time of booking.

We advise wearing comfortable clothes ideally sports gear. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted in the arena.
